Jill graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. She worked as an occupational therapist in numerous settings including hospitals, rehabilitation, schools, and home health before opening her own private practice in 1983. In 1994, Jill opened The Abilities Center, Inc. a multidisciplinary clinic for children with special needs. She is presently the president of The Abilities Center, Inc., works as a case manager for individuals with special needs, and consults with attorneys and insurance companies regarding the needs of persons with disabilities and their families. |

Heather graduated from Michigan State University in 1996 with a Bachelors of Science in Zoology. She actually spent 6 years as a zookeeper! She came to the Abilities Center in April 2004 and is currently in the position of Administrative Services Coordinator. When not at work, she is either attending Oakland University where she is working toward her MBA or spending time with her family. |

I am a Medical Biller who has over 23 years of experience in various specialties. I am well versed in most Federal, State of Michigan, HMO, PPO Commercial and third party payors. I am a mother of 2 boys, one of which was speech and language delayed from age 2 to age 10. So, I am very familiar with the insurance challenges that we face in obtaining benefits for our children with special needs. Because of my personal experience, I am dedicated to fighting to get the maximum coverage for all of our patients. I am happy to have joined the Abilities Center's team. |

Kerri Goff graduated from Oakland University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Human esource Development with a concentration in Training and Development. She spent seven years as a Technical Training Specialist and Project Manager in the automotive industry and three years in the financial lending industry. Kerri is the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Abilities Center and is actively working to share Abilities Center programs and knowledge with local Physicians, School Personnel and Children's Agencies. She also happens to be the Mom of two former premature babies who have benefited from early therapy services. In her spare time, Kerri is also an avid spokes person for the March of Dimes "Fight Premature Birth" campaign. |

Lisa Fenberg graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in special education. She is certified to teach special education K-12 as well as general education K-5. After college, she spent five years in Portland, Oregon as the Resource Room teacher in an elementary school. She worked with students with a variety of challenges including learning disabilities, speech/language impairments, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder (and/or Hyperactivity) and emotional impairments. Lisa received her Master of Science in special education from Portland State University. After Portland, she moved to Raleigh, North Carolina where she worked at a private school for students with learning disabilities. There she taught elementary and middle school students reading, writing, math, social studies, science and study skills. She taught in NC for two years before moving back home to Michigan. Lisa and her husband have a 10 month old son as well as two fabulous dogs. Lisa looks forward to working with the children and their parents at the Abilities Center. |
