Aquatic Therapy and Individual Swim Instruction

Does your child love the water? Does he or she need to learn to love the water? Swimming lessons are wonderfully therapeutic.

What is it?

Abilities Center offers private and semi-private Aquatic Therapy and Swim Instruction based on the abilities and needs of the child. Basic water safety, stroke development, strength, endurance and coordination are addressed.

Who is it for?

This program allows children of all diagnoses to benefit. Our instructors work with a range of diagnoses, such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down Syndrome, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, poor coordination and Muscle Weakness.

How long is it?

Program is generally kept to a six-week schedule, but may vary.

What is the cost?

Aquatic Therapy with a certified Physical Therapist
Private Lessons only
Insurance coverage if applicable, daily progress notes written.
